When will you ship the item and how long does it take to arrive?
Once you ordered, we will process it ASAP in 2 to 5 days and upload the tracking number.
Standard: takes around 15-30 days
Express: takes around 7-10 Days
The exact delivery days depend on the certain situation in your location, days like Christmas and Blackfridays will take a little more days.
How to fill the address exactly?

Where are the places do we not ship to?
- No delivery service is available on the dependent islands.
- South Africa: South African dependent islands and addresses containing box, posbus, plot, plaas, Farm, plaas, private bag, privaat sak keywords are not available for delivery services
- All countries do not accept PO boxes and military addresses and cannot send APO/FPO military addresses
- Temporary countries that cannot be transported: Russia, Belarus, Israel, Gibraltar
Will multiple parcels be delivered at the same time?
Deskmuse design shop do our best to ensure that all your items arrive at the same time. Sometimes, our products are not always sent together, as different shipping options can be used depending on the product. Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email.
Can you change the delivery address after shipping?
Unfortunately, we can't change the shipment once the product is en route, but you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and reorder it with the exact details.
